• It will be your responsibility to provide us with accurate information and the required ID for your clients.
• If you are looking for bulk registration for your own, these rates are also valid.

• Local presence in the UAE is NOT required.
• No country or nationality restrictions.
• Ability to prefund your MYaeserver account for immediate payments.

Requirements:

As per the offical .ae domain name registry's mandate (UAEnic):

• For Individual registrants: Official identification document issued by a government body (Passport copy, driving license, etc).
• For Company registrants: Official trade trade license or and equivalent document.

No orders will be processed until the document is provided, this is a mandate from the official .ae domain name registry. You must submit the document by opening a new support ticket and attaching the document.

Conditions and Restrictions for .AE Domain Name Registration

General Conditions

• Domain name(s) can be registered by any individual/company in any country. Local presence in the UAE is not required. However identification document is required.
• Your domain name is sent to the registry after a successful payment, and the domain name is usually registered in a weeks period (excluding holidays). Delays may be encountered on the registry side, thus registration may be delayed.
• Domain name(s) approaching their expiry date are notified by email a month before expiry. It is the responsibility of the registrant to renew the domain name on time.
• Domain name(s) MUST be renewed at least 5 days prior to expiry.
• Late renewal fee of $15 applies. Also the domain name is suspended from the registry once it is expired. It is your responsibilty.
• Domain transfers: We do not handle .ae domain name transfers at the moment.

Restrictions

• Trade mark/Copy right domain names can NOT be registered unless your are the trademark owner.
• Domain names containing illegal terms (adult, gambling, terrorism, racism) can NOT be registered. These are blacklisted by the registry and are offending the law of UAE.
• We screen all orders prior to processing.
